Waterford Aquatics

We provide quality tropical fish, aquatic plants and a range of live and frozen live foods with a large range of species stocked in our Somerset premises (license number A04/000193).  Customers are welcome to collect or we can provide shipping across mainland UK.  Fish are sent with an insured courier with a delivery guarantee and full doa policy. 

The aquatic plants we offer are pest free and safe for shrimp.  All fish have been through a quarantine process and we work to uphold high levels of quality.

Shipping policy; for damaged or deceased fish, plants or dry goods please photograph or video on arrival. In the case of living creatures, videos need to be sent to 07880732573 within one hour of arrival in unopened bags. Please show the whole bag in the video. Refunds or replacements are only granted for deceased on arrival.
